Is your organization or group eager to learn why marriage for same-sex couples matters?

Request a speaker from our Speakers' Bureau. Speakers share the importance of marriage equality in their lives and provide insight into the wide range of arguments for marriage equality, both personal and political. Typical speakers include married same-sex couples, their families and friends, as well as people of faith, educators and activists. Speakers are able to answer questions about and educate individuals about ways to make a difference in support of full equality in their own community.

We are eager to work with you on a presentation that will best fit your group’s needs and priorities. Speakers are available for a variety of presentation formats, including participation in speeches, panels, workshops and classroom discussions. Educational sessions are of flexible length and can last from 10 to 45 minutes or longer. Speakers are available in locations throughout the state of California. Multilingual speakers are available in many locations.

Equality California Institute is a non-profit, 501c3 organization that educates LGBT people and the public at large about issues impacting the LGBT community and its allies. Invitation of a speaker or participation in the Speakers’ Bureau program does not constitute lobbying or political activity, and churches, synagogues and public colleges and universities are welcome to participate.
