Become a permanent Vote-by-Mail voter

Every election is important. Become a permanent vote-by-mail voter and automatically receive your ballot for every election. There’s no standing in line. No taking time off work. Just vote for equality in the comfort of your own home.

Vote at Home. Here’s how:

• Fill out and print the application for a Vote-by-Mail ballot.
• Check the box to become a permanent Vote-by-Mail voter. Remember to sign the application.
• Send it in to your local county elections office
• Your application to vote by mail must be received about 10 days before an election.

Make sure your vote counts. We strongly suggest you mail it well in advance. Regardless of when you send it, your ballot must be received no later than close of polls.

Anyone may apply for permanent vote-by-mail voter status. You will automatically receive a ballot by mail for each election as long as you continue to vote. You will not need to request a ballot for each election. If you fail to vote in a statewide election, your name will be deleted from the permanent vote-by-mail voter list and you will have to again request permanent vote-by-mail voter status. Failure to vote does not affect your registration status.
