EQCAI is a presenting sponsor of the California Transgender Leadership Summit, an annual gathering of transgender activists and allies. The Leadership Summit empowers advocates to advance California’s transgender civil rights movement through leadership development, policy building and advocacy workshops and networking. Started in 2006, the Summit is organized by the Transgender Law Center and alternates between host cities in Northern and Southern California.

Transgender Equality Alliance

EQCAI is a member of the Transgender Equality Alliance (TEA), a coalition of transgender activists working together to improve the lives of transgender Californians. The Alliance meets monthly to discuss issues of importance to the transgender community and its allies. TEA is organized by the Transgender Law Center.
